Out of Hours and Emergencies

Extended Access

We offer extended access appointments at the following times:
– Monday and Thursday 6.30pm – 8pm (pre-booked appointments only)
– Tuesday 6.30pm – 8pm (virtual sessions)
– Friday 6.30pm – 8pm (remote/telephone consultation)
– Saturday 9am – 5pm (pre-booked appointments only)

Primary Care Network
Primary Care Networks (PCNs) deliver Enhanced Services offering appointments from 6.30pm – 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am – 5pm on Saturdays.
PCNs are groups of GP practices working together to improve care, Hatters Health PCN is the Network made up of Bute House Medical Centre, Leagrave Surgery, Lister House Surgery, Oakley Surgery, Dr Mirza & Partners and Sundon Medical Centre.
