Surgery Hours: We are open Monday to Friday 8.00 am – 18.30. We can offer pre-booked appointments in Extended Access Monday – Saturday.
Booking appointments: To request a GP appointment, please visit our website at www.butehousemedicalcentre.co.uk. Click on the “Contact Us” tab and select “Medical Request” to complete an e-consultation form. This is the quickest way for our GP to review your request and contact you. Download the NHS App to request repeat medication and view your test results.
Cancelling Appointments : The quickest way to cancel your appointment is by accessing your appointment confirmation text message and replying “CANCEL.”. Please be assured this will automatically cancel your appointment. If you don’t have access to your text message, please call us on 01582 729428 or 01582 723357.
Out of Hours Service: Outside Monday to Friday opening hours, and all day at weekends and on Bank Holidays, your call will be redirected to the NHS 111 service.
Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.
